replica of what got created, based on the testing play some of us did,
Rukes have been tweaked to make this game worthwhile for PSHome players
below is the rules so everyone knows about them and know how is played
when we do the Civil War challenge on Monday
Parcheesi Board Game on PSHome (user created)
This PS Home User created version of Parcheesi board is a bit different from the original board, but very similar in how its played.
This is a Strategic Game, How you move will affect on how you play,
The game is played with 8 players and 4 referees, 4 colors, 2 in each color team, there are four different colors, in this case. instead of using the dice each color will use the Guessing the Number emote, which works similar to a dice.
for example; 12 =1, 24=2, 36=3, 45=4, 98=9 and so on.
The goal of the game is to move each player of the same color team from their home to the center space. This PS Home Parcheesi board has 64 spaces around the board, 8 of which are safe spaces where an opponent player cannot be captured.
Each player of the same color their "nest, Color Home," or starting area. The game board should be positioned so that each player's nest is to his right. Pieces enter play onto the darkened space to the left of the nest and continue counter-clockwise around the board to the home path directly in front of the player.
To Start Game, Each Color "Thinks of a Number" the highest number from 1-9 goes first, and subsequent play continues to the left. On each turn, each color "thinks a Number" and use the values shown to move the players with same color around the board. Once in the Safe areas reaching the Finish Square, those players must think of the exact number to get to to the Finish Square, if an amount cannot be moved, that amount is forfeited.
Any player that is not on a safe space or a part of a blockade can be captured by an opposing player. That player is awarded 20 bonus spaces for capturing an opposing piece. The 20 spaces may not be divided between pieces and must be moved, if possible. The captured player is returned to their player's nest.
A player may not be captured as long as it sits on one of these spaces.
The center home space can only be entered by exact thought number. When a player enters the center space by exact count, that player is awarded ten movement points that may be moved with any one pplayer still in play at the end of their turn. If the entire bonus movement amount cannot be used by one player, it is forfeit.
Each player has his own home path and may not enter another's. So, when a player is on its home path, it can no longer be captured by an opponent.
Winning the game
The first Team to get to home wins.
Angels & Demons allies (Exclusive to the club)
Blue and Green = Angels Team
Red & Yellow = Demons Team
They are allies, allied colors are separate teams but work together, and cannot send eachother to their nest
fer Civil War Challege - Parcheesi
ok so after this was tested on Saturday, and a few changes had to be made to make game run faster, this will apply based on the rules of the game, as I tryin to keep them original as they should be. Angels & Demons should be ready on time so game can go smoothly with no delays. expecting game to last one hour from when it starts.
