That would be great.... If they actually did that effectively.   Instead they pend the vast majority of their time promoting new content and largely ignore problems with the service.  Have you browsed through the support forum over the last few years.   It's where threads go to die, never to be resolved by anyone from Sony, and rarely even responded to.


In all fairness, I do think Joystick_Warrior does try over in Support, but  he's merely an intermediary and can only do so much. I see great communication from several of the developers...we seem to matter more to them.We lack any official reponse from staff on significant issues and our pleas for answers often seem to fall on deaf ears. 

 

As I see it, the community does much more to solve people's issues than anyone connected to Sony. There are times however that none of us have the solution for  problems that we encounter. It's frustrating when we experience this and there's no one to speak to about it but ourselves because communication from those in the know is so lacking. Speculation and rumors then rule the day.

It's a bit like the time EA just vanished one day and Rob's posts and account were even removed from existence like a huge cover-up. All they had to do was tell us what was going on and why it wouldn't come back but this was apparently too big a PR no-no for EA so it was up to the community to find out the answers.

As you say there's some stuff we can figure out for ourselves and we know better but other things that need direct communication from developers, publishers, testers, mods, etc you name it and then we are stuck. Smiley Sad

Easdrob's account has not been removed. And his account is still on PSN. His last sign in was 2 months ago.

you know instead of bashing me or being harsh, you guys ever think, some users will have trouble calling. And, some won't know how to get through anymore when it comes home support. You just can't hit  ZERO  anymore.  You can, hit ZERO after voice options.
