I can understand how you feel, but as the other poster replied, it's tough luck unfortunately.

My whole point was that I thought it was in bad taste for LOOT to post about the sale sale the same day as the sale.

If they would've said the sale was in one week, you would've already made the purchase anyway.

There is no way to predict a sale. I'm surprised by this because it hasn't even been a month since the release.

LOOT has always been on the up and up, and a good Dev, but this doesn't sit right with me.

I have a theory, which makes it seem more screwed up to me, at least.

People were complaining about the individual space pricing at $9.99 each. They felt entitled to some discount on individual spaces for owning the original HH's House.

The discount was in the bundle, which some people still complained about because maybe they only wanted one space.

LOOT obviously had to plan this sale, and posting it the day of, makes me think they were trying to get a few extra sales in before cutting the price in half.

Welk I was planning on getting this deal for my 2 other accounts if they can work with me on this one account. But as far as me not buying from them, basic marketing and business is that a person will tell more people of a bad experiance then a good one. Its just good business practice. The money I spend on there stuff is nothing to them, so wouodnt a fiver or ten not be an issues to credit back?

Unfortunately, sales are out of LOOT's control. You would to contact Sony for any refund. It would be for the whole amount, not just a portion of it.

Hardly a Sony fanboy because I criticize Sony on stuff as well. LOOT is a business and in no way has an obligation to alert anyone of a sale before hand. Just because other Devs do it, doesn't mean all have to. For you to expect compenstation because you couldn't wait to buy an item is your fault. If you were on Home long enough, you should know early adpaters usually get screwed because items eventually go on sale at one point.

Understandable @Fly However I feel some compensation should be awarded to us considering it hasn't been listed for very long to even meet minimal requirements of sale expectations... I feel cheated.

It's completely unfair... I spent 9.99 for the "night time clubhouse" then spent 2.99 for the fog machine and another 2.99 for the search lights... So in essence i spent 15.97 for items i could have spent 9.99 on and gained 3 additional personal spaces and more active furniture items... Loot needs to do something about this or I will never purchase from them again... Not to mention I spent 11.99 on 240" EOD tv as well as 6.99 for a personal radio... This is ludicrous. I've been bamboozled.

Being the sale price is still $9.99, and shows $14.99 still, will the sale extend over July 7th?
