updating firmware

how do i do it? it says i cannot link my psn account till i update firmware but i do not see the option too

to updat you need to finish setting up the V and go to settings (tap start) then click on system update....err i mean tap system update , sorry still used to the whole ouse thing when using an electronic device

Skip the part to link your psn, and make a trial account, it will ask your birthdate then let you skip to the main screen. Then scroll down to the system settings bubble, and pick system update at the top.

It took me a while to bypass the account problem, kept looping me back and forth until i said "f it" and just skipped it and used a trial account at first

skip it forthe playstation the first time around... it will set up a temp account..  run the update...  then once update installed go to the option for the playstation network... then once the screen shows up press the button that says use existing account

Every time i try to update I get a error (NW-10678-2) Idont know what to do, i cant update or anything.
