turning on my PS3 causing wifi problems

When I turn my PS3 on not even connect it to the internet, my wifi will go down meaning my laptop and phone cannot connect to my wifi.

My ps3 isn't set up for wirless connection either so I dont know why this is happening,

 

any help you would be greatly apreaciated

This probably has something to do with the router/modem. Try to re-boot them and see if the problem persists.

yea i have tried this and doesnt seem to work Smiley Sad I dont understand why this does this when im not even on the net

I don't know where you live depending on your provider for interent they do maintience once a week to insure stability of the net where you live that in turn messes up your secured connection therefore you have to unplugg your cable or dsl modem, turn it back on waiting ten seconds or so wait to all the lights are up test your connection your as good as gold.
