call sony and see if they'll change the email associated with your account as long as you have all the other info....... other then that idk... you're prolly borked.
Edit: I'm not leaving the game I'm in to check but it just dawned on me.... can't you go into account management in the XMB and change the email that they'll have on file for your account? Or did you lose your PSN login info too??
