Service sounds interesting. I'm usually interested in compatibility with past games, but I find myself completely able to let go of PS3 Ps2 and Ps1, for the first time. I want PS4 games now, digital or disc, indie or major, I want newness. I know Sony is working hard, and I know we will all get some big new content for PS4 this year. PLaystation Now seems like extra padding to analready stellar system. But I'd like to point out,
PS PLus - subscription
Music unlimited - subscription
netflix - subscription (that I don't have)
Playstation Now - subscritpion
These monthly fees are adding up quick, remember the days when you bought just games and accessories? Oh well, I'm all for new and OPTIONAL features. Now, bring me Minecraft! (since you know, thats a new game and everything
I have a few questions:
1. Can I play Vita titles, such as Gravity Rush, on my PS3 console?
2. Will disc based games (like Kingdom Hearts 1.5) be available?
3. Can I play PS4 games on my PS3 with this service?
4. Will trphies and dlc be available with this service?
Yeah I want to know if this service can be used if you dont have a PS4?
They say play the games from tv's and stuff but I guess I am just a little confused here.
Obviously they will not let us play PS4 games on a PS3, this would mean people stop buying PS4's, they wont do this unless some stipulation that you already own a ps4 or something.
But if I can play vita games on my PS3, what good is the Vita tv?
I think I need to go watch the presentation for myself, did they really give no details at all?
Finally, the structure of my question is that you would have to disprove every possible outcome to be correct and I would just have to have one that would likely be beneficial. That's statistically in my favor by quite a bit.
I really would hope they would include this with ps+ sony could see a large boost in sells if they did this. There would be no reason not to have plus after this. Otherwise one would have to think some on it. So many services require montly or yearly fees and after bills and such *for those who live on their own* can be bothersome sometimes. Otherwise I really look forward to hearing more on this at E3 this year. Sony can hands down win E3 again this year if they treat this right.
