Settings > Security Settings > Parental Control > Code (0000) > Select "Off" > Make sure "Restrict Starting a Game with No Parental Control Settings" is unchecked, and hit Ok.

I hope this helps.

Are you using a sub-account?

You may have changed the settings on the Master but if you're trying to play on a sub that's the problem.

Wait a minute.

Are you saying modern gaming systems have Parental Controls, that responsible Parents can set so that their children cannot access; violent or inappropriate content?

$10,000,000 please.  I think I have completed the CDC studies on my own!Smiley Wink

To the OP:

I hope you found resolution to your issue.  Don't mean to poke fun at you for anything.  Simply relating your problem to another discussion, on going, about the effects of violent video games and how to prevent any repercussions.

You should jump into one of those, if you haven't already.  I think you would have some input.

Not only that some games won't let a sub-account play online regardless of the parental control level.
