Auto-suggest helps you quickly narrow down your search results by suggesting possible matches as you type.
This is the wrong forum, this is for Playstation Home, but on Vita, there should be an icon called Welcome Park. Use it, it teaches you the controls of the Vita and also has some trophies. Also download PS Vita Content Manager Assistant onto your computer, it lets you transfer files and game saves back and forth if you run out of room on the Vita.
