Nooo way its 9pm est man lol I know Sony is pushing us away here but they have done mid day updates. I think the demo dropped around 4-5. Like one of the first people pointed out, I'm around 90%? sure earliest east coast updates ive seen are usually around 3. So that's where my realistic expectation is at, but I'm fiendin so ima keep checkin lol by 9 I think litetally every person who preordered this way will be on here destroying sony loll

i call sony and asked them what do i get as a bonus for pay 53.99 full a week in advance if i gotta wait this long they asked if i got the 2k13 theme lol the women couldnt even tell my if i get the allstar mode i feel sooo Beat i told her id rather have my **bleep** game on time the a **bleep** theme

From the PlayStation Store purchasing FAQ...

 "Can I get a refund for an item I purchased from the PlayStation®Store?

All PlayStation®Store sales are final (no refunds) per the PlayStation®Network Terms of Service and User Agreement."

Which means no, you cannot get a refund.  We have all learned we have to read every single Terms & Conditions note from Sony.  I will not be fooled into purchasing a digital copy again.  Shame on you Sony.
