i have all my games (psp/Ps1) on media go. can i use this "content manager" to transfer my games to my vita? in other words is the "content manager" like a extra pre-caution to make sure sony knows you already bought the games? I JUST WANT MY GAMES ON MY VITA! y is that so hard?!?!
psp was riddled by piracy and is a factor in why the vita has no third party support. just to be devil's advocate there.
ultimately, it is frustrating for the honest consumer who just wants to play the games he/she paid for but can't because they don't have all of sony's toys.
u just gotta wait for sony to add the same stuff to the vita ps store and re-download, it will still be marked as owned by ur account. sorry brother.
edit: another thread right on the front page. a dude has the same problem. same answers http://community.us.playstation.com/t5/PlayStation
Or you can wait until Sony decides to put said content on the Vita store... Im waiting for Xenogears to be on the store, to be honest I'm thinking that it will take more than I would like to wait... Licensing problems... yeah right... You have the same games on your other consoles.
... thanks guys.... i guess its not about being able to finish MGS in 2:14:56 or Resident evil DC in 1:24:57 is it? ITS NOT ABOUT THE GOOSEBUMPS SUM GAMES GIVE ME OR HOURS OF PLAYTIME. ITS ABOUT MONEY AND IT MAKES ME SICK. *PEWK*
thats a good idea. i have a question also. for the cross buy do u have to buy the ps3 version in order to get the vita version or can it be the other way around? im planning on buying a ps3 soon and i want to know if i can expect some of my vita games to be on my ps3
Yeah, I was wondering about that with the cross buy also. I don't have a PS3 either, and if I buy these titles for PSVita and then down the road get a PS3. Will I get the PS3 copy to use later?
Unfortunately for me I have all these PSone and PS2 hard copies that I paid $50-$60 for back in the day, and I can't just usb my PSVita to my PS2 and load them onto it. Sigh. Would be nice to get credit of some sort for the thousands of dollars I spent. My Wife says if I would stop buying games I'd have that motorcycle I want. lol.
When i first bought my vita i did not have a ps3 either but I figured out that if you go to the the mediago folder and find the game or save folder you want to transfer to you vita and copy it to the PS Vita folder that the content manager creates to save your files then transfer it to your vita. There are alot if games that you can't download from the psn store that will play on the vita. Here is a list i found http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forums/showthread.php
