missing games

So I purchased Dungen Hunter Alliance for the vita on day 1 release from the Playstation store, well now it says I never purchased it and saying I have to pay for it, well went through download list to get it again but this is the second time something like this has happened last time it was with Infamous 1 and it is not even in my dowload list or anything.  So basically I want to know what is going on with the Playstation store?
