I won’t be playing it a whole lot, more than likely just play for about 30 minutes to an hour because I already have it on my phone.

Also there is no mention of plus in that article, so it might be free for everyone.

ya,  the article states it will be free for PS vita and PS3 starting on Dec.31, it doesn`t say plus,  so, I also think it`s free for everyone.

It's free for everyone. It's available for EU at the moment, I downloaded it to try it out on the PS3. Never was too crazy about Jetpack Joyride.
