I have a hp touchsmart 600 and the inputs are:

usb slots

a little dot with paranthesis that has a arrrow pointing to it,

SPDF

audio out

TV IN

S VIDEO

AUDIO IN

IR out

It has a 1080p hd screen, so i dont know why it doesnt have a hdmi port, but I've been looking all over the internet for like hdmi to svideo adapter and stuff like that and haven't found anything. I'd really appreciate any help i can get, thanks guys

No, you'll need either a TV tuner with a S-video input, or a stand alone widescreen monitor with an HDMI or DVI port. I used a Hauppauge 950Q as my TV tuner, but there are probably newer models now.

Yes, but it won't be much better than playing it on a regular TV.

Hang on, I missed the fact that the HP computer came with a S-video input. You need an aftermarket PS2/PS3 AV cable with an S-video output. I don't know if the bundled HP software will let you play games without lag though.

Are you sure your computer doesn't have an HDMI input? The HP website hints at one.
