Digital for a few reasons.
1. Im not as materialistic as alot of you **** are
2. No one can break into where i live and steal all my **bleep**.
3. If they did steal my system, im only out the price of a console. Not all my games.
4. Too much clutter
5. Dont have to worry about scratches/cleaning
6. Less loading
Edit: removed inflammatory language
This sounds like a summary of a post I made a while back (excluding the agressiveness).
Resale value and loaning are the only two benefits I see for physical, both of which can be enabled for digital content if Sony and publishers were willing. Being unable to sell or loan games is not a con of digital content, it is the result of corporate greed. If you stray from digital content for this reason, your discontent is not with digital, at all, but with restrictive, greedy corporate decisions.
I have always prefered physical. Just feels like I own it instead of renting it through digital. I don't mind both though. I have been finding alot of good deals on digital games through steam. So there are positives and negatives...
Physical copy for sure:
-I like seeing that stack of game cases all with different themes and colors
-I enjoy trips to the game section of retail stores
-No 6-hour download/install for something that will also take up a chunk of hard drive space
I don't dislike digital but I just like physical much better.
