i dont really understand it, what's the difference from a demo? Is it like you own the game for one hour? Can you play it more than once after you finish it? if you can, does your progress reset?

A Demo is just that, a Demo, it is not the full game but a playable Demo of the game.
A Full Game Trial is the full game that you download & are able to play for 60 minutes, you can earn trophies during those 60 minutes & if at the end of the 60 minutes you decide you like the game & want to carry on you purchase the unlock & all your data is saved.

Once the 60-minutes is up, it's done for good. With a demo you can play it as many times as you'd like. The main difference, if you think about it, is more in the vein with demos being a small sliver of a game, or a designated spot that particularly speaks "demo" to the user. A 60-minute trial, on the other hand, is actually allowing you to play the full game. It takes more time to have installed. You'll actually earn trophies that don't count unless you buy the game. It's your window into the game if you want to have a look.

No, as Gray has pointed out once your 60 mins are up that's it, you then decide it you want to purchase the full game.

i think all previous answers kinda missed one major point-- you can play anything on a game trial--- the main story - the multiplayer-- online whatever it has-- like they said a demo is a sliver--- while a trial lets you do what you want--albeit for one hour
