My favorite game that i feel that nobody really knows about is Beats for the psp. One day i was on my psp and wanted something new to play but was on the cheap side. As i explored the psn store, i found this game called Beats that was right in my price range. This is the most memorable game to me because i was a big fan of guitar hero and listening to music and this game combined the two and made it PORTABLE!. You wanted to play a gem hitting game powered by your own music and has a variation of colors active in the background, this was it. You have to hit the proper button as they were hurled towards the middle of your screen at speeds depending on your music so the faster your music, the more eye quenching action you would get. My buddy and i used to walk around our small town just playing this game over and over because with the availability of it being portable, we weren't just nerds sitting in a room playing music games anymore, we were nerds OUTSIDE! We would play everywhere we went just trying to beat fast songs and trying to beat each others scores as our nerd screams would echo throughout our town as our fingers became sore pounding on the buttons to beat our favorite mp3s. I loved this game so much, that i bought it again on his psp when he got one and i suggest if any of you readers have a psp, to immediately go to the store and download this game. I spent countless of hours in this game and it gave me more entertainment than the popular games of today ever could.
