ok waht it meens is in a period of time to u or people uv file shared with have activated ur account so what u have to do is not touch it for 7 days then activate it its that easy i just got off the phone with psn support just wait 7 days dont sign in nothin leave it alone make sure other ppl who would use it know that 2

Well i cant help you with that sorry but my friend wanted a map pack for black ops and  he had to use my account to use it. he told me to deactivate my account, so i did and he installed it to his account. when i played i didnt have my map pack so it told me to activate my account and it wont let me

The fix for this is very simple, I was stuck like you are. 

All you have to do is go to account management, and change your email address.

After that you can go to system activation and it should work like before
