@ BigBoy065 I just called the sony support line and the woman told me that I had to wait for 7 buisness days to activate my account to my ps3.

i figured it out all you have to do is acount info and change your email address and you can avtivate you acount again

I got this error code, but my PS3 will be activated just in time for the BF3 Beta!!!!!
