"An error has occurred. You have been signed out of PLAYSTATION Network (8002AA08)"
I have been getting this ever since I downloaded the new update last night. The internet browser on my PS3 works fine, so obviously the connection isn't the problem. Is anyone else having this problem? Should I wait it out and see what happens or should I contact Sony?
If you recall what your internet connection settings were, see if any have changed. Things like UPnP enabled or not, etc.(Assuming you have a router). You might consider going thru the wired or wireless setup again or run the internet connection test and see what it says after the test. It often points to details about the error.
I've been getting the same thing since the update. No clue how to fix it. Tried to call customer support and the automated voice said they couldn't take my call right now and to try back later. That's crap. I'm going to try to get live support at 11 PDT.
