dvd and blu-ray movies starting to hesitate, ideas please

so movies are hesitating like the disc is scratched. I do have small finger that put their hands on the discs and it is possible that discs were inserted very dirty. could I just be experience a dirty player? Im out of warranty. Is there a way to clean these things? Any others ideas accepted. thanks

try cleaning your discs and see if that helps

do like Grey said and if that dont work try clening the lense with at least 90% alcohol or stronger and a q-tip if your comfortable taking it apart but its very simple to do and i have found that many times this is all they need...
