controller switched look around

I was playing cod black ops and to look up I have to press down and down is up... it randomly changed as I was going into a game now I'm confused and sad I can't play): anybody know how to fix? I'm not too bright when it comes to video games... doh.

in the game options in controller settings change the invert....
