Anybody know what hard drive works best for ps3 i found a lot of people have been using western digital, but i found one review that said on games like god of war that download directly to the ps3 hard drive does not have to run the game the entire time,so once it is not running for a long time,it will shut itself off which will freeze up the system and make you turn it off and back on again after playing for 45 minutes ANY SUGGESTIONS.
I have a seagate 320gb and have had no problems.
I haven't heard of freezing issues related to the HD, but I would not be suprised.

Playstation Forums Support MVP. I do not work for Sony. Just a helpful gamer.
i just started using this one, just upgraded a couple days back.
and i think i know what your talking about...it is a green feature that some HDD have that puts itself to sleep or something of that nature..
Great question, see my somewhat similar Q else where, with some good help from nice people.
Andyway I've been eyeballing this bad-boy. But since I have no tech kno how I'm not sure if it's a good for for the PS3...
