Re: XBOX1 or Ps4 ?

M$ learned nothing during PS3 vs 360.

XB1 once again utilizes a proprietary (read: non-user replaceable) HDD.  At least they are starting with 500GB this time around, though I doubt that will seem 'large' for long, considering I'm running out of space on my 500GB PS3.  NextGen games are sure to be LARGER, which means 500GB is the absolute MINIMUM for this upcoming generation.  Sucks to be an XBot.

Playstation 4 as it goes better with my Playstation Vita Smiley Happy

However, I just want to add that I think the new Xbox One not only sounds like it ripped off the "One" tag from the new line of HTC phones, but it just looks so ugly.

What were they thinking when they designed that monstrosity of a box. Didn't they realize people have to look at that whenever they sit at their TV?

Let's just hope Sony has some better designers making the Playstation 4's new case, but it would be hard to top the level of ugly Microsoft is bringing to the table.

Xbox1 requires you to connect to the internet at least once a day to do anything on the console. You have to pay a fee.....the cost of the game you already own.....if you want to play on another console, you know.....like a family member or friend. Kind of disgusted with it to be honest. Won't touch the new Xbox. Ps4 all the way!

I'm on the wrong forum for this kind of debate. Since this is the official PlayStation forum, of course almost everyone here is biased towards whatever Sony makes. If this were an XBox forum, you would always see, "XBox One FTW!" If this were a Nintendo forum, few would care about the topic since it has nothing to do with the Wii U.

Why would I want to buy a box, that allows me to do things I can already do?

I can already watch TV and switch between a game, movie, and TV...... I don't want the fact that I NEED to have Kincet always plugged into the console to use the XOne.

Ps4 without a doubt. When I buy a GAMING console, I obviously plan to use for GAMING. Microsoft obviously didn't get that memo, but yet they managed to take extensive notes throughout their retard101 course.

Not to mention having to pay $60/year to do it.

With the amount of servers they bought, expect that price to jump up a lot

The Xbox brand has their fan base locked down, it really doesnt matter. Xbox, for all the games it does has, comes down to Halo, and early access to CoD DLC, which gets 90% of their user-base frothing with excitement.

Dont agree? Then explain why those were 2 major points of their announcement of the XboxONE(dumbest...name...EVER)
