Will PSN ever be as good as xbox live?

When it comes to connectivity, lag, ext?

I own a PS4... but today really got me thinking. I was lagging on my host and everything. I've been debating on buying an X1....

Nothing wrong with PSN on my end. Are you running wired or wireless?

If your internet isnt the greatest you will lag there as well. I just played 2 hours of Killzone Shadow Fall online. No lag at all.

Have had no problems with connectivity so far with PSN. I only experienced one moment of lag, and that was only one player in Killzone: SF.

I actually like PSN better than Xbox Live. Aside from the hiccups yesterday and today, my gameplay hasn't been laggy at all.

It's really a toss up. It isn't as stream-lined as XBL, but PSN isn't that far off. The community needs to come together more, though, its really dry online. Then we finally get mics and chat systems, but its still kinda... lame. Hopefully it'll change soon.

K go enjoy your Dorito's, Mountain Dew, and more ads with Xbox Live. GO ENJOY IT!!!! Also go enjoy being harassed into being logged off every so often to "set up security"..,.. even after you choose "cancel" or whatever. They are tools over there at Microsoft/Xbox, and they wonder why so many of us jumpped ship......

Odd..... the green forums have similar complaints of lag etc...enjoy your xbox one..esp if your internet goes down..snicker..

You're as randomly lethal and entirely confused as you ever were.

Xbone will probably always have more dedicated servers and since Xbox was first with headsets being bundled its still more common that people on Xbox actually talk to each other even tho Sony bundles a headset now. Maybe that will change over time. It comes down to where ur friends are tho.
