I have sprint on my phone, which is unlimited. I use 250megs easily a day at work just playing with Netflix.
If I decide on the 3g version, will ATT shut off, or bill me everytime I go over the 3 gig limit? Can I set it to shut off?
They will automatically bill you for the additional data I suspect. The only for this not to happen is to turn the 3G off in the settings if that is possible or take the sim card out.
I contacted ATT to find out how their ipad 3g plan works since they couldn't give me any info on the vita. They said that the limit can work both ways depending on the how your service is set up. If you prepaid for the month then it will close out your service till you pay again. If you do a post paid plan on it then you pay for any overage uses during the month. I guess the big question is what kind of month to month plan does the vita have. Is it prepaid or postpaid.
update:haha just found this page:http://us.playstation.com/psvita/att/
The note at the bottom states the plan starts expireing after activation and 3g will cease after 30 days or when limit is reached. I guess it will follow the terms of a prepaid plan.
