Since this is Playstation Forums, I guess the "Device" you are talking about must be a PS3/Vita/PSP. If you get banned on PSN, Sony will send you an email that says why got banned or for how long. Or You can call Sony PlayStation Support at (800) 345-SONY. This is the same phone number as (800) 345-7669. There is nothing you can do about it. Only Sony can ban you, and only Sony can unban you.

I spent time in prison for something I didn't do . 2 months to be exact before being released. whatever you did or didn't do just deal with it . You'll be back playing before you know it ......
