We just had most of those games.
- Bioshock 2 was in December.
- RE 5 Gold was in November.
- Bulletstorm is half off right now
- Crysis 2 was in November (I think)
We have had some cool games here too. Europe and Japan are different markets and thus are handled differently, with different offerings. Not all games will appeal to everyone. I was somewhat jealous when Europe received Darksiders for free but it's not a big deal.
North American Plus members received BioShock 2 in December and Resident Evil 5 in November. While the other games have yet to come to our Plus store, I'm actually kind of glad. Considering that Batman: Arkham City is a game I've already bought and played through and the others are mostly undesirable rejects, I wouldn't necessarily say that Europe has it better than everyone else.
It's all about what you have already played as a Plus member and what you desire most. Personally, I'd rather Plus give out games like Stacking and The Walking Dead once again so that others who haven't already scored these games for free can get a chance to play them now that they're already out. Forget about the likes of Red Dead Redemption, a game many, many, many people have already played... let's get the other three episodes of The Walking Dead so those of us who haven't bought these titles already can finish up the blasted story.

I would gladly take Arkham City for "free". All else, eh.
