IMO Devil My Cry 4 would have made sense since DmC comes out in 2 weeks. Borderlands is the only game given out that makes any since. The rest are games that 95% of people have or dont want.
I think you actually know the answer to this question, and it makes sense if you think about AAA publishers. There are less than a dozen publishers in gaming, aside from the console owners. How many would be willing to give away a game for Free? What's in it for them? DLC, so you put your game on PS+ to get money, DLC or 75% get it while it's hot sale. Those publishers that are willing to put it on sale are the ones that are likely to give it away free. Think about Call of Duty, it's a rare day when it goes on sale or drops MSRP at retail, what do you put the odds of seeing that as the game of the month on PS+?
