Why can't we change our email address?

I've tried every way I can find, but there's no way to change the email address in my account. When I set it up, I had Comcast, but I dropped Comcast over a year ago.

 

It looks as if any messages I should get from Sony goes to that inactive email address.

the first option in account management is change your email...

I was able to change the email address in the Sony Entertainment Network settings, but when I access my account settings in the forums, it still has the comcast address, and there's no way to change it.

 

Maybe this is the wrong forum. Sorry if it is, but hopefully someone here has experienced the same problem.

I'm pretty sure you've done this already, but have you logged out of the forums and logged back in? Cause if I'm not mistaking, when logging into the forum you're logging in through the Sony Entertainment Network. I don't see how the e-mail address change wouldn't reflect in your forum account settings. Pretty odd.
