Actually Hakoom doesn't have the most trophies. Here is one of his many rivals.

However they have like 50 less platinums and they don't have as many trophy points. So Hakoom leads in most trophy points while Andrew52286 dominates in most number of trophies.

Well I'm different. I've got 3 platinums and I have on average when I'm done with a game at least 70% on it. If it wasn't for that Mercenaries 2: World in Flames issue (Refer to here) I would have 4 platinums. I notice many people usually have a ton of games and aren't even working hard on one game at a time. They have like 6 games with under 50%.
I have many online friends with more trophies than me.

LOL yeah its pretty crazy dude has nearly 200 plats now.
I don't know what it is currently, more games have released, but he also has more trophies, but I remember reading somewhere that he had like 50% of all available trophies on the playstation network. Holy crap thats a lot of trophies.
