Term & Condition for the Day 1 Digital are found here:

http://us.playstation.com/day-1-digital/terms-and-conditions/

As it stays, as well as everything under the SEN veil, it is governed by the SEN EULA [End User License Agreement]

http://legaldoc.dl.playstation.net/ps3-eula/psn/u/u_tosua_en.html

This is what determines what can be done with a SEN/PSN account, DLC, etc.

That's no biggie, just pick up your game in the day it arrives.

Re: Where us the fine print for Digital Day 1?

I have read the terms and conditions and I am still confused.  Slow learner maybe??  :smileyhappy:   If I Digital Day 1 ... Doom 3 BFG lets say, do I need to be online to play my game? If so is that not the same idea as Diablo 3 with the constant online thing? There are times when I am feeling anti-social and like to enjoy my single player games in peace with out being bothered. So I don't log in. It really does not bother me either way. I would just like to know ahead of time before I do download.

DOOM 3? BFG? & where did you see that "in order to be able to play online connection must be established" or words around it?

--What I see/get is that you must have a PSN account and be able to connect to the inernet; this is to be able to reach, connect and gain access to the PSN store and be able to preorder/purchase & dowload  your game. --Furthermore, an internet connection and a PSN account is require for multiplayer, coop, leaderboard, trophy sync, etc.

--Local games like single players, split screen coop & LAN party don't require access to the internet.

Now there are games like MassEffect 2, Tetris, which are pusblished by EA, that ask for the user to connect to their servers. This is independant from SONY & the PSN network. If this happens to be the case with any the Day 1 Digitial games, then this is a question for the game's developer and/or publisher.
