Whats the deal with the ps store?

This is all I encounter when trying to redeem a playstation card.

The store recognizes the card and validates its authenticity on the playstation, but it comes up with "Cannot add funds to your wallet"

Hi & Welcome to the Playstation Online Community.

Is this a PSN card we're talking about or a credit/pre-paid card of some sorts, you don't say?

Have you tried accessing your account through the Qriocity Website, if not try to do so here:

Its a pre-paid psn card, 20$ value, When I enter the code on the ps3 it recognizes its value and authenticates its validity, it comes up with the "the card has a 20$ value would you like to add these funds  to your wallet"
I click yes and it reads "The funds could not be added to your wallet"
I just tried on the qriocity site, it recognizes the value and asks if I want to add it, I click yes and it reads "The Prepaid Card code you entered is incorrect or is no longer valid"
So why does it tell me its valid up until I click add funds....?

I've seen a number of posts today with this exact same issue, mostly with PSN cards, I'm sorry but I'm not sure where to point you to next, other than keep trying throughout the day, good luck.

Well as long as I'm not the only one it sounds like I may be able to redeem that card someday.
