I am hoping that sony gives us Sleeping Dogs for free. I have been wanting to buy it, but I am scared to make the purchase just to see it for free the next week on PS+.

I would like more advanced notice. That would e nice. EU is notified of their updates in their blog about 2-3 weeks before the next month. Plus they're getting a 25% discount on plus membership until January 9th. That would be cool to get.

I'd really like an action adventure or RPG,  anything that's not fighting or sports will also be fine.  Demon Souls will be great choice as mentioned.

I really want a great PS3 AAA Title (ex. Demon's Souls) or some old PSone/PS2 Classics for IGC that would be even more awsome, IMO.
