I recently purchased a download code of Tokyo Jungle but everytime I enter the code on both US and Canada accounts I get the "Code no longer valid or incorrect" message. I contacted support and they said the code had expired. This is not possible as I have had the code for a week. I doubt GameStop would have sold me an expired code, and I have contacted them as well. They tell me there should be no problem with the code but without a receipt they can't help me any further (I purchased the code online). I just want to know what is going on. Thanks.
Even with an online purchase you should have a receipt to show Gamestop.
