You do not need any converter, it shows 110V but its actually 110V-240V. 

Its all about voltage instead of wattages, you should not insist on something you do not know firmly.

Actually you do need a converter, just not one for voltage, but only one to enable you to plug the PS3's power cord into your wall socket.
