ok sorry first off as i am sure this is a common question
1. I have Uncharted Vita game
2. I haveworking wifi
3. I have collected 7 bounties from killing guys in uncharted vita and when i look at them in the black market it shows all 7 of them, no problem
4. I launch NEAR and it says I have a pending Uncharted game trade, it has a wrapped gift icon with a green arrow next to it
5. I click on it, it says pending trade, awating on your response
6. I launch black market and NEAR, only to have it start the black market with a silver outined box that says 0 for every category, 0 trade offers 0 trades actively seeking 0 items, etc.
SOMONE PLEASE tell me what the heck is wrong and how do i accept trades and offer trades for uncharted on NEAR
to anyone whoreplies and can fix this dillema of mine, i will gladly add you to my friends list and reward you.
in near when you see the the gift did you download it first? once you download the gift go back to the black maret and it should show up. then when you go back to near there should be a check mark on the gift now showing u that u have claimed the item. I had a few problems with it working as well.. you have to do it a few times to work.
yeah i go to NEAR it says theres a gift with a tiny green arrow by unchrteds name on my list of played games, i then go into black market and open it, it says it retrieved trades from NEAR and after that, i get that stupid silveroutlined box with all values being 0 0 trades 0 offers 0 pendings 0 everything, its so frustrating considering im not a tech noob by any means. its bothering me something so simple can baffle me like this. i have taken apart consoles and fixed them but i cannot figure out the NEAR blackmarket tradeing system. lol. goodtimes! if you could please add me as a vita friend my psn name is jonboytidefan that goes for anyone else who can help me add me as friend and please help me figure this out whoever can succesfully figure this out for me i will reward them with some psn stuff thanks guys
yeah for me right now my near isnt working at all. near has some problems that sony needs to fix. try closing out the uncharted app and restarting it. see if that helps. i will add you as well
well just got off phone with sony about this problem, not only did they have no idea, they actuallly admited they hadneverplayed a vita, they were more worried about pushing the 2 yearprotection plan than helping me with this problem im sony for life but if it wasnintendos customer service then the problem would have beentaken care of asap on the phone sorry sony, lova ya but please start hiring people who play your devices who work the tech support lines. when i mentioned the word NEAR she froze up and said "HUH?" like i hadjust made up some word. by god she knew every detail of that 2 year protection plan though!!!
I think the best part was when she asked me to try and put in a different "PS3" game......wtf???! really??? really?? the icing on that cake is how she is a "Vita Specialist" lovin it.
I didn't get any gifts from Uncharted until I already grinded for all the stupid things myself. Now I've gotten 2 bounties for Uncharted. smh, oh well.
Here's what I came up with for just grinding them if anyone wants to not deal with Near. Since I (and most it seems) have no idea how that stuff works.
Use very easy unless otherwise stated, it doesn't make the drop rates any higher on higher difficulty. Although it does add more enemies, but make sure you can
a) get to where I'm talking about quickly
b) kill everyone easy enough so that you can get most kills possible off each go at it.
Silver Coins: Chapter 10, turn the difficult up to hard (or crushing). It's easy to stay alive in this level and there's too few enemies on lower difficulties. Kill all enemies with the sniper before Chase finishes climbing to you and restart checkpoint. (you should be able to get the last 2 on the right before she reaches you just fine)
Cadiz Cards: Chapter 17. Since that has a turret section like below...
Gold Coins: Chapter 23, this chapter has one of the turret sections you can just sit at and restart checkpoints at. 22 does too, but it takes much longer to get to it and if Sully gets too close while climbing you'll lose your checkpoint, so 23 is better.
Gems: I did chapter 32 or 33, can't remember. 33 has, near the end, a section with 3 chain gun guys (2 to start, 1 in an incoming wave) and plenty of other enemies.
I've had the same issues. I have discovered several game goods in Near for Uncharted that then don't show up in the Black Market. After having that happen several times, I found that if I click the thumbtack icon on the game good notice in Near so it doesn't delete after I download the item, it then shows up in the Black Market every time. So I would recommend trying that.
I also read that, in Uncharted, if you are looking for an item in the Black Market that is not discovered, you are supposed to receive a fetish idol. I have not had any luck getting one of these even though there have been times I have launched Near and not discovered anything. I think it may have something to do with when people on your friends list are playing their Vitas. If no one has played between the last time you checked Near, you won't get anything. I'm not sure, but I think that's how it works.
Hope that helps!
I actually received a fetish idol from Jonboytidefan a few days ago. You get those when a friend finds a common bounty. I also notice that if you have friends playing on a more difficult mode you get better trades as well.
