Yes I called and got the person to spell out everything for me. I did have St (street) in my address so I re-entered the full word, still no luck. But I think because I tried so many times that my CC is blocked for 24 hours, so I tried buying it on a friends PS3 that has an account we share, and still no luck. I know it may seem like its my CC but I bought a PSN card off ebay with no issues so its not the card.
Also I checked my transaction history on the SEN website and theres 4 "Missed Charges" all with transactions of $0.00 so obviously Sony could identify my card but reversed the transaction. So you either havent been looking hard enough or this really is the first time its sony's fault.
EDIT: Its not the first time, also im not the only one having this problem right now.
I would just like to know DragonIrons, I know the store isnt down atm but are you personally able to add funds to your wallet?

Wow this thread's been going since the 2nd? Well first off..... just beacause you bought something off EBAY doesn't mean your card info ON PSN isn't fracked. You.... do realize they're different companies right? ![]()
As far as those "missed $0.000 charges"... i have no idea that's odd.
And I bought the LEviathian DLC for MAss Effect 3 on the 7th at 2 am or something so ya..... no problem buying here..... had zero funds... added the dlc, hit checkout, it automatically charged the cost of the dlc.... dowloaded said dlc....
Btw idk if their error codes are that specific as to why the card isnt' working.... but 56 is what I saw when i had my Expiration date wrong.

This is the solution: GO ON TO SONYENTERTAINMENT.COM AND ADD FUNDS ON TO YOUR ACCOUNT USING PAYPAL.

PayPal seems to be the only solution. These people aren't crazy. I've tried several times with different credit cards as well. Made sure numbers were correct, address had no abbreviations, etc, etc with no luck.

same issue. I'm not crazy. I use this credit card all the time online and triple checked the info I was adding. (had to use paypal... of course using the same credit card in paypal that sony didn't want to accept.)

Same issue for me... to make it worse, I am french but leave in Slovakia... my bank account is Slovak. Paypal payments are not available from Slovakia according to http://fr.support.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/app
By the way, there is a stupid bug. I declared that my language is french. So then, I cannot change the country in the delivery adress form, it is set to "France" qnd cqnnot be changed. Just like if english speakers were set to "UK" and couldn't change it. Just stupid. However, I can use my card on any other site.
