I have a set of Turtle Beach x11s & can get the game audio to work but not the chat. Is there a way to fix this?

Do they have a USB as well as the 3.5mm plug?

Have you tried running the USB to the PS4 and the 3.5mm jack to the headphone jack on your tv (assuming it has one, most do)? Have you played with your audio settings on the PS4?

It's hard to say without a lot more specifics/details. My guess is...

They have a USB that you're running to the PS4 and a 3.5mm plug you're running to the controller. This is probably attempting to split the chat streams (incoming/outgoing). The PS4 won't do this at the moment (maybe with a future update?). It either runs both chat streams through the DS4 or the USB, it won't split them.

The only fix I know off the top of my head would be a DSS2... And that's not 100% because there could be some other bug with the X11s I'm it aware of.

Edit- bug not "big"
