I got the 60 min game Trial for Mass Effect 2, got a couple trophies. I know that they don't show up until you buy the game, so I went to GameStop and purchased the full Mass Effect 2 game. After months of playing, I finally got the platinum trophy. When I went to brag about it to my friends, they said that it doesn't show up when they compare trophies. I looked for myself and they were right, the trophies I earned during the trial as well as my platinum trophy won't show up when compared and won't show on the little profile card, but it shows up on my trophy collection. Can someone help me?

Have you tried sync your trophies

it just might not be showing up on the servers.the same thing happened with crazy taxi (and another game i have but i forget what).  eventually the trophies for taht game will show up.

In order for the trophies to appear on PSN, on your friends list, or in your gamercard you need to sync them first.

On the XMB higlight the "Trophies" option and hit the X button, if you're logged in to the PlayStation Netwok this will sync them for you.

So just wait until PSN is back up and try to sync your trophies.

As a note, look at my gamecard, it is very outdated because it isn't showing any of the trophies that I have earned during the outage because I can't sync my trophy information.

Yeah They mat award them in game but for you to truely get them I'm pretty sure you must unlock the full version.

Ok, I know this thread is really old, but I was having this problem with Tomb Raider Trilogy and here's what I did to fix it. I made sure all of my important saves were backed up to the cloud and deleted my user account for the system. Then I just remade it, synched my trophies, and moved my saves back over. Since the "bubble" trophies are saved locally to your PS3, this will get rid of them and you'll be able to get those trophies that were stuck.

Ok heres the dead i recently downloaded saints 3 trial and got 3 trophies and after a while it expired so after i got to the main screen and i synched my trophies but the saints 3 ones didnt  show up when i went to my trophy list it showed them but there was a box over them so in order to get those trophies do i need to buy the game i am new to ps3 and also if i do get the trophies after i get the game dose it matter weather i buy it on psn reatail to get the trophies sry 4 bad english
