Transferring saving data from a USA ps3 to euro ps3

3 replies 51 views Edited May 23, 2013
Hello.
I'm going back to my country this summer and I have some saving data for a game and I want to keep playing it at home. I have the USA ps3 and home has the euro one.
Would it work if I transfer the saving data from my ps3 to home one?
And should I bring my game disk or home's disk would work?
Please I need help and thank you in advance

As long as you're using the same account on both you will be able to transfer the saves. Unless they are copy protected. Then you'll have to use the cloud feature offered thru Plus.

Ok I'm trying this but it's not working. I'm using the same PSN account.
Does the disk game matter or not? I mean should I haves brought the game with me?

Maybe you should have. I didn't think it would matter since games aren't region locked but I guess it does.
