I am unable to find help via support page or at least anything readily available to fix this problem.  Even though I am connected/signed in via the PS3 I am unable to play a game because it continually says : "There was an error during authentication" its kind of general in a way that I can't figure out if its talking about the disc or the internet.  I've tried wired/wireless neither fix the problem, I can't even begin to think of a place to start solving this problem.

Ah I see, thanks for the reply would be really nice to have a Authentication Server down instead of that message.
