I haven't gotten anything, either... I've been a member for a long, long time, subscribe to PS+, and have spent at least 200 dollars on the PSN store.
This wouldn't aggravate me nearly as much if it wasn't a gift for "loyal" customers. I feel unappreciated.
Sending these out to only certain customers was a VERY bad move on Sony's part. I'm not too interested in continuing my loyalty (the PS3 is my only console) in the next gen if I'm not considered "loyal" enough for the gift voucher people with week old PS3s are getting.
