There are a few individuals who will come into the server and use the report user function to kick people out in an effort to troll the event's players.
I'll contact SSM about it, again, and I'm sure they will handle it like they did before.
For everyone in the event: When those people are there abusing the headset I encourage all of you to report them for language, the more reports the easier it is to keep them out of the game for extended periods of time . Don't make false reports though, those will get YOU into trouble too when things are being monitored.
I left just before Assault, so I don't have any information on who was in the server that round.
Was any other regular players kicked during and/or after Assault? I could check the round before's video to check if I see any of the usual trolls.
I think I muted half of the non-regular joiners last night. Mostly do to echo and feedback. Jay was his normal self, louder than all the other players. "It happens".
I don't need any information, they have server logs of those whom use and those whom abuse the report feature .
Do you remember the clan tag they all put on? Three of them for sure. I have their names, but can't remember the tag execpt for "*" at the end, and that it was a word. As I wrote about it somewhere else online, I'm braindead, I can see it but it's blurry and I can't read it (in my mind.)
They used to use the N-bomb as their tag line but typed it with an @ instead of an e in it....
I've been considering hosting a Saturday Starhawk Event, but haven't said anything about it yet. Does anyone have a weekend preference for timing of such an event?
I like this idea
We could make either a 2nd thread or adjust this thread to reflect both events...if things end up working out.
