Not only playing dodgeball, but on my listing it's back to back dodgeball. I like Ben stiller movies, but really? Can they even hide behind ratings of a good but old movie over a huge tech conference?

Yea it dissapoints me every year when Sony press conference is never aired on tv. Wouldn't doubt that this is the reason why.

This is just really sad.  One more reason MS is pushing consumers like me away.  I miss G4 even more now.  Of course, they may have taken the money as well.  Well, I hope Sony gets more press coverage and is top on internet searches after E3.  So pathetic of MS to force yourself to be watched.  I feel like we are on government controlled TV.

not really sure if this will happen or not... but if it does... there are many websites that will be streaming the show.. my personal fav is probably www.gametrailers.com, they seem to do a good job.

Do people even still watch Spike TV? I watch it occasionally for Bar Rescue and the Bond marathons, but I haven't been a regular viewer for a while now.

Spike is owned by Viacom, who in turn own CBS. Viacom signed a HUGE deal with Microsoft for product placement  a few years back, which is why you everyone on The Big Bang Theory plays an XBox 360, and why you had Molly searching for one at Christmas time for Mike. This isn't surprising that they'd dump the truckload of cash at their door again.

Call it business of whatever but it is sad that Microsoft has to buy their way around intead of earning it. I'm not just talking about this rumor but everything in general.

This and some other factors are the reason why I dearly miss the days in which gaming was underground, an obscure business/hobby that relied on arcades, word of mouth, niche magazines and the dark corners of the internet.  I remember when this community was nothing but subject lines Smiley LOL

Anyways, SONY ought to broadcast their E3 conference and all related content via their Crackle app. Talk about stealth attack Smiley Wink
