But then, the the rest of the show can hopefully be about their dedication to the PS3 over the next few years, as well as some Vita love.
(maybe a price drop? That is what I am hoping for.)
At this point Sony needs to do more than show just some Vita love. The system is flopping bad sales wise~.
I expected Vita not to sell well....you can't compete with something that costs nearly half and makes the same games over and over on the smaller platform.... Its like, Nintendo no longer wants any part of the console market and wants to concentrate on the handheld market like they've always had....
I think the Vita needs a big price drop, and A LOT of games revealed at E3 to entice people to buy the Vita....
Definitely anticipating the conference, and lucky thing is, I'll be home from work to actually watch it!!
I'm still trying to go in with super low expectations for everything but the vita though, I want to be convinced to buy something at launch rather than waiting a year or two. Vita expectation is still low but at this point its more concern than curiosity, I don't want this system to flop. Give me a price drop and some titles for now till winter 2013.
Microsoft conference likely won't convince me to by a 720 at this point, I'm too invested in sony products and the 360 experience tarnished my opinion of them. However, there is one thing that would have me all ears - Being able to purchase the cable channels I actually want for a good price, instead of having to pay for 100+ channels I don't care for. Or at least trim the fat off of those packages. Hell, since I'm fantasizing, I would love for Sony to do that too, my cable/internet bill is pleading. Oh, and some kind of deal with netflix for a slightly reduced price would definitely turn heads. Oh and renew the crossplay functionality between ps3/4 and PC, steam or no steam. I'll stop because fantasizing is dangerous, people can get hurt...
I would like to see what more info they say about the PS4, as well as price and console look. Also when E3 comes, that means the E3 pre order sale will start again, which means I can get about $15-$20 (depending on what sale they use this year) off any game featured at E3, which is a pretty big discount getting a pre order game for $40-$45, so I can`t wait to see what games going up for the E3 pre order sale. (I still havn`t got all my games for last sale yet either, I still have The Last of Us and Beyond which I have preordered for $45 each.)
I am also looking forward to the game announcements they have as well.
I'm excited for sure. Obviously I will be watching this on TV because I've tried watching this on my pc but the internet is crap because of all the viewers on it. Really hoping for some awesome announcements
