Now wouldn't that be something....

I wonder how much they would charge for a bundle? It would be cool if they could match the WiiU premium's price of $350, but hopefully they could do it for $400...

saw this article... looks like a good idea.... hopefully would only be around $350.00... but who knows.

Doubt that, 450 or 500 minimun. You think they want to sell both the PS3 and the Vita at a loss?

The Vita is estimated to cost $160 to manufacture, and the PS3 is already being sold at a profit and could also probably withstand a $50 price cut. Because of that a $350 combo pricepoint is certainly possible...

But then you also are including a cross play game or something, and maybe even a PS+ subscription. That's another $100 worth of content.

With most Sony bundles, the game doesn't really add to the cost. A PS+ subscription would suggest that everyone has internet access, which isn't always the case, a trial subscription would be more appropriate...

This would have been a great idea when the PSV launched, but as it stands now, it'd just make it look like Sony is desperately trying to compete with Nintendo. Plus, like a few have said above, the price for this would be above the price for the Wii U making people go for the new / cheaper alternative~.
IMO this combo bundle is more likely to happen next year not this one, because there is just not enough PS3/Vita content to justify bundeling it at this time...

idk about this. its all about pricing. since most people only complain about the price. i think 250 for vita is a reasonable price but u know people want something but dont know how to work for it. anyway, i bet sony wont sell this under $400 or even price it at $450 or $500 and throw in some cross play games like wipe out, battle royal, etc. maybe even a year of ps+ like the AC3 500gb bundle.
