Sony and Nintendo

Am i the only person that thinks Sony and Nintendo should do a partnership, i mean they both have amazing original creativity and it just seems to me that if they joined forces they would be unstoppable.

Because each makes a lot of money currently the way things are. Contrary to the popular "gamer" business model, they aren't suddenly going to be "swell guys".

Once upon a time, Sonic would never be on a Nintendo console.

I personally rather have them working separately, than depending on each with a partnership.

When it comes to two big companies working together like that, you know that there will be a lot of bumping heads.

They did once. It didn't work out that how we got the original Playstation. It was originally was going to be an addon for the SNES. But that partnership fell through, and the rest was history.

Unless Sony or Nintendo sees the same fate as Sega..... i don't think so.

each company make plenty of money on their own.

Besides, there are things called Anti-Trust and Monopoly Laws which prevent big corporations from conering a market. Microsoft had to answer to the governent because they were doing the same thing and they paid DEARLY for it, back in the 90's

It would be cool to see. The Wii-U isn't picking up any steam which leaves Nintendo's workhorse being the 3DS. I can see Nintendo being a handheld maker only before merging with Sony.

I'm sure Sony would be willing to. Well, considering PlayStation was going to be a disc-expansion for the Super Nintendo. They probably wouldn't like that.
