yea yea all these comments are 100 percent true but in reality think about it thats like saying people are coming to paint your house but dont tell you when one day you have a party planned they just walk in and start painting SMH i had two clan battles today

Actually Sony has no obligation to tell anyone when the online service is going to be down. It's a free service so they need not inform. MS on the other hand always e-mails live users because it's a paid service.

people are do dependant on online services now days. You can go outside get from fresh air or guess what you choose not to do that and stay inside and play a offline game cause the system still works.

No they dont have an "obligation", but it may be in their customer retention interests to, oh I dont know, cater to their customers.  The significant number of downtime lately has really started to make me consider hanging up the ps3 and making the switch.  Thats something I never thought would happen as Ive always been a fanboy.  But I'm embarrassed to be a ps3 user today.

me too, truthfull i bought my 1st system recently,(been using friends) and after yesterday and today, im very close to switching to xbox

can,t walk in wheelchair, got bad allages, and i lost my dog to old age last month.SO all i got is the PSN. They need to got there shit  togeather.
