I know exactly why Liverpool and Zipper were closed down...

So Nihilistic could work on the next Socom and WipeOut games.

There is absolutely no way I am kidding. NO WAY AT ALL. I was talking with Jack Tretton the other day on my plane, and he told me that Sony is slowly going to faze out all of it's first-party studios (Naughty Dog, Media Molecule, Guerrilla, etc...) and begin to deal exclusively with Nihilistic, and Nihilistic only. Don't believe me? Call up Jack and ask him yourself.

It was a Hercules troop transport. We were dropped into North Korea, and took down Kim Jong-Il. True story.

I'm pretty saddened to hear that the studio was closed. WipeOut on PS3 and PS Vita were amazing games and had great support and strong online communities.

It's not unheard of for different devs to pick up the torch though; so hopefully SCE is looking at other internal studios or even other developers outside of Worldwide Studios to develop omre games in these franchises down the road.

Thanks for your input Morgan.

If you could in the meantime, please communicate to your colleagues that we would like to see the Colony Wars games appear on PSN as PSone classics. More people should experience these games to see how great they were.

Thanks...
